When it comes to leather jackets, I have come to the conclusion that two brands rise above the rest: Rick Owens and Japanese cult label Julius. I regretted not purchasing the Fall/Winter '09 Jut Neck leather and I have been on the hunt for it ever since. I was fortunate enough to find one through a contact in Japan in this amazing shade of Red lambskin. The second skin tight fit is accentuated with a dramatic high collar which frames the wearer's face. Tatsuro Horikawa, the designer of Julius, which is often referred to with the symbol: _7 produces the Jut Neck almost every season in different skins and colors. The press photograph of the Red Jut Neck is a more accurate representation of the color.
