Best Dressed: 2009 Teen Choice Awards

 

Lots of the variety in the fashion scene at the Teen Choice Awards: Leighton Meester taking a risk in Louis Vuitton.  Kim Kardashian sporting some surprising new locks.  Kristen Bell in a TopShop jumper paired with Vera Wang and Jennifer Meyer jewelry.  Amanda Bynes in her stand by Herve Leger.  Ashley Tisdale in a Used/Unused dress and the studded Louboutins I've been drooling over.  

  

Overall everyone looks really cute and appropriate for the teen award show which airs August 6th at 8pm on Fox.
