Hot Mama: Ashlee Simpson

 

Ashlee Simpson looks great at the 2009 TCA CW Summer Press Tour for her new show Melrose Place.  She sported a Twelfth Street by Cynthia Vincent jumper and Balenciaga heels.  The small details like her jewelry and black nail polish really tie the look together.  I also appreciate the fact that she is flaunting her gorgeous pale skin during the summer!
