Breakfast at Barneys: Altuzarra

Last week, I had the pleasure of meeting fashion designer Joseph Altuzarra and Amanda Brooks, who is the newly appointed Women's Fashion Director at Barneys New York. Their casual conversation over breakfast focused on the young designer's Spring 2011 inspirations, which included 1960s fashion and 1970s abstract art. Barneys New York was one of the first buyers of the Altuzarra collection and I applaud their continued support of emerging designers.
